Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Casita Elliah! By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Reservations and Bookings
- All reservations must be made via our social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) or by contacting us directly at our phone number.
- A ₱2,000 security deposit, a 50% down payment, and a valid ID are required to confirm your booking. The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages to the Casita.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment and Fees
- All prices are listed in Philippine Peso and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon check-in, unless otherwise specified.
- An additional charge of ₱500.00 per person will apply for any excess guests.
- Be sure to check out our resort promos, which are available periodically.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- No Cancellations: Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations are strictly not permitted.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date, subject to availability.
- No-show Policy: Failure to check in on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the booking and payment.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Day tour (10 hours of stay)
- Check-in time: 8:00 AM
- Check-out time: 6:00 PM
Overnight (22 hours of stay)
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 NN
An additional charge of ₱500.00 per hour will be applied for any extended stay.
5. Resort Policies
Age Restrictions:
Children 4 years old and below are free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times specially in the pool.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
Pets:
Up to two small dogs are allowed inside the Casita. For more details, please refer to our Pet Policy regarding pets at Casita Elliah.
Noise and Behavior:
Guests are expected to be respectful towards others at all times. The resort reserves the right to remove any guest causing disturbances.
Please note that videoke is allowed only until 10:00 PM. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially at night.
6. Liability and Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. If the cost of repairs or replacement exceeds the security deposit, additional charges may apply.
- The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, unless it results from the resort's negligence.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Any personal details provided by guests will and should not be shared by Casita Elliah with others without permission.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The resort reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and social media platforms, with the effective date updated accordingly.
